Hello there! I'm Ashley Bremmer, a Colorado enthusiast through and through, deeply passionate about decorating, design, and the world of REAL ESTATE. My journey into real estate began as a means to contribute to my household, especially after dedicating some wonderful years to raising my two adorable boys. The call of real estate was impossible to ignore, and here I am, ready to dive deep into this passion of mine with you.

My love affair with real estate traces back to my childhood, spurred by family outings to explore model homes—a tradition lovingly bribed by the promise of frozen Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough balls. Fast forward to today, and it's a tradition my husband (who's been my sweetheart since middle school) and I enjoy with our two boys. It's not just about fun; it's where we draw our decorating and design inspiration from!

By the age of 22, we bought our first home and have since grown our portfolio with multiple investment properties in the North Denver area. We pride ourselves on transforming every home we own, embracing the endless projects that not only keep us busy but also fuel our passion. Our homes are known for their "WOW" factor, often featuring decorative shiplap or coffered walls that truly make them stand out.

A fun tidbit about us: we were approached by a TV producer, which led to us filming a sizzle reel, getting picked up by a production company, and being pitched to networks like HGTV and FYI. While the pandemic has paused our television adventure, we remain hopeful and excited for what the future holds.
